Experience the thrill of flying an aerobatic aircraft. Take the controls and learn to loop the loop and roll like a pro. No Experience Required! Your experience begins in the crew-room after you have suited up in a military flight suit.

You’ll receive a briefing on the tasks and principles you’ll need to understand before performing aerobatics. You'll then work with our expert aerobatic pilot to create a custom flight plan, choosing which manoeuvres you wish to try, from loops and barrel rolls to heart-stopping stall turns. It’s your plan and it can be as mild or wild as you want.

Our Fuji FA 200

Ready to go!

Once your flight plan is complete, it's time to strap on a parachute, kick the tyres, light the fires, and prepare for an incredible adventure. Remember... this isn't just a ride. YOU will be on the controls for 80% of the flight. YOU will be looping, rolling, flying inverted, stalling and pulling G’s with your aerobatic instructor pilot right beside you coaching you through your routine.

The Location: We fly out of Kajjansi Airfield, 15km out of Kampala off the Entebbe Road.

The Plane: You’ll be flying 5X-MTN – the MTN Flying Squad Aeroplane. She’s a beauty - a Fuji FA 200 with 180hp up front and as strong as an ox!

Q: Will I get to fly the plane even if I don't have a Pilot's License?

A: Yes, you will get to fly. You don't need a Pilot's License to learn aerobatics. You’ll be controlling the plane for up to 80% of the time. Your instructor, who will be beside you, will keep you out of trouble while coaching you through every manoeuvre.

Q: Is it safe?

A: Yes. Our Fuji is maintained to the highest standards. You will have an emergency parachute and your routine will be performed at a safe height above the ground.

Q: I have never been in a plane before. Will I enjoy this experience?

A: Yes. We know you'll have an amazing time. If you’re into roller coasters we can take it up a notch. If you’re a bit timid we can tune it down a bit. We specialise in making a novice flyer feel like a pro. Each flight is tailored to your level of desire and comfort.

Q: Is there an age limit?

A: We think 13 years old is about as young as you can go. On the smaller end of the scale you have to be big enough to fit into one of our parachutes. On the hefty end of the scale, you can’t exceed 125 kgs. Sorry!

Q: What is included in an Ndege Aerobatic Challenge and how long does it last?

A: Each flight includes the use of a military flight suit and a parachute. The average time of your adventure is around 2-2.5 hours. Your actual time in the air is approximately 25 minutes.

Q: How much is it?

A: The basic Ndege Aerobatic Challenge is $265. An extended experience is also available for $345.

Q: Can I bring friends along?

A: Absolutely! This is where it becomes real fun… get a group of 3 or more together and we’ll design a routine that you all feel comfortable with and you’ll each fly in turn. We’ll mark you for style, composure, and technique. There’s a plaque for the winner and a certificates. For groups of 3 or more we charge just $225 per person.
